Delivery

Processing time for CGM patches: Orders are made, packed and shipped within 5 business days of payment being received.

Processing time for everything else: Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days of payment being received.

Delivery times:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express shipping: 2-4 business days
    (Please note: delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.)

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note, CGM’s will be shipped in an untracked envelope to keep shipping cheap. If you would like them to have tracking, please opt for tacked standard shipping or express shipping. 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Return period: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened patches, and worn pump bands

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different size/colour, please contact us at Admin@tinyt1ds.com.au before returning.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

How to Return

Email us at Admin@tinyt1ds.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or we made an error).

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
