Product Care
- Pump Bands: Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle. For best results, air-dry or use a low-heat dryer setting.
- CGM Patches: Apply to clean, dry skin for best adhesion. We recommend avoiding lotions or oils before application. Please note, these are designed for decorative purposes and are not guaranteed to improve CGM's lifetime.
Skin Preparation
For best results, always start with clean, dry skin. Wash with soap and water, avoid lotions or oils, and wait until after bathing to insert a sensor. Barrier sprays, films, or tapes may help reduce irritation. If skin issues continue, ask your healthcare provider about other options such as barrier sprays, or hydrocolloid bandages.
Applying Patches
- Begin with clean, hair-free skin if possible.
- Peel back half the backing and place the patch carefully over your device.
- Smooth it down, then remove the rest of the backing.
- Press and rub the edges to activate the adhesive.
- Apply slowly to avoid bubbles and keep the patch dry right after applying.
